These are a few of my favorite things!!!

We had a great Easter. It was a ton of fun! We woke up in time to make it to the city park for the Easter Egg Hunt. I have to tell you something very admirable that Nathan did. I was the only one at the Easter egg hunt because Bryan was hospitalist that week. My kids were all in different sections, of course. I took Nate to his spot, Zach to his spot, and then Nessa and I went to her section. We all met back up together when it was all over in the um...20 seconds. Nate told me that he had given half of his eggs to a boy that had shown up 17 seconds too late and was crying because he only got a couple of eggs. I had a proud mommy moment and talked with him about how great that was and what a great thing he did. We then came home and the Easter Bunny had been to our house. We took some time looking for our baskets then we had to head to Wal-mart. I was going there to pick something up real quick. Well, they were having a scavenger hunt there so of course the kids want to do it. They got more candy which was a good thing, because we just did not have enough! They got their face painted and pix with the Easter Bunny. We then headed to my parents house to dye Easter Eggs and then go on an Easter Egg hunt at her house. I think we found all eggs this year but one (at least this time it was a fake egg). We hung around for a while there and then came home and crashed from our busy yet FUN day!!!

We were able to bless Joshua the end of December. My dad was actually in town and able to be there. We appreciate all the family and friends that were able to be there and participate. He has truly been a blessing in our family. We love Joshy!
So, I am going to try and do a better job at keeping up with this, but no promises. I will be adding a few things of major events from the last several months and then try to stay on top of things. I have been extremely busy with being a chair person over Tech Trek which is a fundraiser for our elementary school. I am over the solicitations and donations portion of it. I have also been calling volunteers to help out. I have got about 30 volunteers so far and am in need of at least that many more. Then with baseball/tee ball, soccer, piano, homework, playing, playgroup, etc... WE all stay busy. I hope you will enjoy this blog and I can tell that once I keep up on it, I will enjoy it even more.

This is Zach's birthday party. He looks a bit overwhelmed to blow out all the candles in one breath. He also loves to get money for his birthday. He took most of the money from his birthday and purchased him a Season pass to Lagoon. For his friend party, he celebrated it with another friend of his and we took them to the movie. They were able to go upstairs and see how it all worked. He even got to start the movie all by himself. I think they all had a wonderful time.

Look at these proud boys!! The trophy that Zach got was almost as tall as he is. Zachary placed 4th out of 36 Kindergarteners. Nate got an outstanding trophy and I think placed 24th out of all the 1st graders. Bryan was able to go this year and spend the day with the boys at the U of U. They all had a great time.
